Woodburn, Director of Hershey Entertainment, to Keynote Ceremony   HARRISBURG, Penn., Nov. 1, 2007—Kaplan Career Institute – Harrisburg will host a graduation ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 1, for 151 students.  The ceremony will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Forum at Fifth and Walnut Streets, Harrisburg, Penn.  Laura C. Woodburn, director of Hershey Entertainment, will keynote the ceremony.   Students will be recognized for earning associate degrees and diplomas in ten programs in the business, allied health and technology fields.  Upon graduation, students may be eligible for entry-level positions in their field of study, many of which are in high demand throughout the state. According to the Occupational Employment & Projections, a report by The Department of Labor & Industry, medical assistant positions are expected to increase by 29.2 percent from 2004-2014   “Graduation is a proud day for our students, their family and their friends.  It is the culmination of many months of hard work, dedication and sacrifices,” said Sherry Rosenberg, executive director
